Medicine development can be complex, costly, and time-consuming and lack of data integration. In order to facilitate medicine development processes, our solution is developing a central data-hub that automatically retrieves chemical, biological and preclinical data from multiple databases. We encourage data-sharing and crowd-sourcing through our platform. The collaboration between academic and the pharmaceutical industry will facilitate innovation in the early stages of drug discovery.

Aptamers database: DNA aptamers or RNA aptamers

Aptamers are oligonucleotide molecules that bind to a specific target molecule. Aptamers are usually created by selecting them from a large random sequence pool, but natural aptamers also exist in riboswitches. Aptamers can be used for both basic research and clinical purposes as macromolecular drugs. Aptamers can be combined with ribozymes to self-cleave in the presence of their target molecule. These compound molecules have additional research, industrial and clinical applications.

Cystathionine Beta-Lyase and Cystathionine Beta-Synthase

This enzyme is useful for enzymatic determination of L-homocysteine when coupled with cystathionine beta-synthase and lactate dehydrogenase in clinical analysis.
